We thoroughly review a payment program proposal with you. Our goal at this point, will be to work and negotiate with your creditors and therefore we ask that you refrain from using any credit cards. Once we agree on a payment program, we enroll you as a client.
Once you establish a comfortable payment for your budget, you will receive an estimate of your savings, and an enrollment and authorization form. These forms authorize us to negotiate settlement with you creditors. Almost everything can be done by email and internet and there is no enrollment fee.
Proven Resource provides each enrolled client with an attorney supervised and monitored FDCPA (Fair Debt Collection Procedures Act) compliance review. What that means is that creditors are notified of your enrollment and are put on notice that they must comply with federal and state collection laws. This protects you against unwarranted and needless collection calls and actions. No other program offers this protection. We ask that you remain vigilant and make timely payments as per your enrollment agreement.
